PHP Version 5.6.40 TRIO Clothiers: Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see the fabrics in person?

Most of our fabrics are available at our authorized partners. There you can see and feel the fabrics. They even have a few sample jackets and shirts to better see how some fabrics render in full form.

What if I have a question about style?

Our authorized partners are knowledgeable about the style options we offer. You may also call or email us during extended business hours Tuesday through Saturday.

How long will it take?

All orders will take about four to six (4-6) weeks from the day the order is submitted, to delivery to our Atlanta showroom, your home or designated partner. Some orders can be completed sooner, but we ask that you don't rely on that.

What if it doesn't fit right out of the box?

That's why we have a network of partnered alteration shops! If there is not yet one near you, however, take it to whoever you trust and send us the receipt. We'll cover the cost (with some restrictions).

How do I pay?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You will be billed the entire amount up front. We will save the credit card to our secure vault, so that you can more easily pay for future orders.

How are the prices so low, compared to off-the-rack suits?

Department stores and their numerous layers of suppliers require large margins. Our innovative operations, logistics, and technology processes allow us to operate in tighter margins. We make each garment to order, so there's no need for inventory and the warehouses needed to store such inventory.

Where are the suits made?

Our suits are constructed near Hong Kong, a well-known capital for high-quality custom suiting.

I'm planning a wedding. Can you help?

Absolutely. Give us a call or write us an email and one of our knowledgeable representatives will be happy to help.

How do I measure myself?

It's actually pretty easy. Add something to your fitting room, and you'll see at the bottom of the page helpful videos. You'll need some fabric tape and a friend.

What if I can't or don't want to measure myself?

Visit one of our authorized partners. They'll measure you and complete your order.

Are your suits canvassed?

Yes, and we're glad you asked! Our suits are half-canvassed. That means a layer of horse-hair material sits between the outer and inner layers of wool from the top of the shoulder to about the bottom of your rib cage. This allows for structure and a good, long-lasting fitted appearance. Most department-store suits are entirely fused with no canvas whatsoever. Over time this fusing will affect the fit and lifespan of the suit. If you are looking for a full-canvassed suits for an extra fee, please inquire at our Midtown Location.

Are your suits 100% wool?

Our $474 suits are not 100% wool, but that's not a bad thing, we promise. Our premium wool-blend fabrics are designed to feel good, drape well, last a long time, resist wrinkles (relative to 100% wool) and provide sufficient breathability. We have had ZERO complaints from our wool-blend fabrics. However, if 100% wool is a must for you, we have Red collection available at our main Atlanta location and with select partners. Red collection suits are $549 for two-pieces.
